SHIPPING METHODS:
We ship using FedEx or DHL, selecting the fastest, safest, most efficient, and cost-effective method for your order.
SHIPPING FEE:
Our shipping fee is $50 per order, with a minimum purchase of two items.
In the case of large-volume orders, shipping costs will be determined based on the dimensions and weight of the shipment. We will provide you with a detailed quote prior to order confirmation.
SHIPPING TIME:
TOTAL SHIPPING TIME = PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME
Processing time: After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will go into the handling process and this process often takes 01 days depending on which product you purchase.
Shipping time: Once the processing is complete, your order will be shipped and may take a few more days to arrive at your address. Typically, delivery times are as follows:
- 4–6 business days within the United States and Canada via FedEx
- 5–8 business days to Europe and Australia via FedEx
- 3–5 business days to Asian countries via FedEx
These timeframes already include customs clearance. However, actual delivery times are often shorter thanks to our optimized shipping methods. In the event of any delays, we will promptly notify you via messaging or email.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for the update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We provide shipping to all countries around the world. However, there is some locations we are unable to ship to because of war, storm, earthquake…. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Have no addtion shipping in the holidays as Halloween, Christmas… but maybe it may take longer than usual to deliver ( shipping time may be add more 2-8 days)
REFUSE DELIVERY:
Please note, should an order shipped to you be returned to us due to either being refused, unclaimed, or because of an incorrect shipping address you had given us, you will be responsible for the 2-way shipping cost of the order.
