How do I place an order?
You can carry out the following steps to complete your order:
- Choose your product on the product page
- Adjust the quantity of product
- Click the “Add To Cart” button
- Process payment and apply a discount code (if you have) to complete purchasing. You can pay directly on our website using PayPal, or choose the ‘Buy via WhatsApp’ option. On WhatsApp, we’ll offer more detailed advice about the products and pricing.
- Receive your confirmation email/message when your order is successful

Where does your order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our logistics warehouse in Vietnam. Our warehouse address is G03, Ciputra Urban Area, Tay Ho, Hanoi 11200, Vietnam. We work with express courier services such as FedEx and DHL to deliver worldwide. Your items will be delivered quickly and safely.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Your product will go into the handling process shortly after your order has been submitted. To estimate when you can expect your order, kindly consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date applied in Regular seasons:
– Handling time:
After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will go into the handling process and this process often takes 01 days depending on which product you purchase.
– Transit Time:
Once the processing is complete, your order will be shipped and may take a few more days to arrive at your address. Typically, delivery times are as follows:
- 4–6 business days within the United States and Canada via FedEx
- 5–8 business days to Europe and Australia via FedEx
- 3–5 business days to Asian countries via FedEx
These timeframes already include customs clearance. However, actual delivery times are often shorter thanks to our optimized shipping methods. In the event of any delays, we will promptly notify you via messaging or email.
Why is my tracking information not working?
Please note that tracking information updates once the order ships and has been picked up and scanned by the postal courier. If you placed your order over 05 days ago and your tracking information is still not available please contact customer support via email support@globalbotoxfillers.com. Be sure to have your order number and email that was used to make the purchase when contacting our support.
Didn’t Receive Confirmation Email.
When an order is placed email is sent to you with your receipt. This email (the confirmation email) also contains your order details. If you did not receive your confirmation email please follow these steps:
- Check your spam folder and other email accounts, especially if you checked out with PayPal.
